[L2Ork-dev] [PD] Upcoming pd-l2ork release teaser

Ah, now we're getting somewhere. :) I just disabled the moocow stuff
for now, and I still had to fix a missing include to make disis_munger
compile (pull request pending). Now it looks like all the externals
are there.

All right, it looks like I can package this stuff for the AUR now, or
fix the existing AUR package. I still have to learn how to do an AUR
package, but the process seems much simpler than Debian packaging.
