[L2Ork-dev] Can't compile Pd-L2Ork

I tried the patches and my pd-l2ork creates prepend sinesum just fine 
(e.g. chapter 2, patch 4). Are you sure you compiled the entire 
pd-l2ork? Also, make sure not to mix pd-extended defaults file with 
pd-l2ork. Pd-l2ork should set everything up to work out-of-box.

As for comments, as I said we don't have the UTF8 support yet since my 
primary concern has been squashing core bugs and I think we are pretty 
darn close to being done with that.
