DISIS presents "Max crash;" Digital iD Fall Event - 8:00 pm, Sunday, November 7, 2010 - Squires Recital Salon

VT Music Department's new Digital Interactive Sound and Intermedia Studio (DISIS) presents the "Max crash;" Fall Event, a part of the "Digital iD" performance series featuring an evening of multisensory performances that fit no preexisting form or template. Featuring DISIS students, "Digital iD" offers an exploration of synergies among music, technology, arts, gesture, collaboration, interactivity, and ultimately community.

This event is a product of a year-long study of interactive multisensory art and systems that took place as part of the Computer Music & Multimedia Design DISIS course. Its collaborative and multidisciplinary nature is in part indebted to numerous collaborators as well as ongoing support from Colleagues in the Music Department.
