Added denormals protection to vd~, vdb~, vdp~, and vdel~.

Lack of this protection has been observed to severely slow these externals down on the new Mac Intel-based computers.

Fixed a bug in vdel~, player~ and distortion~ that scrambled incoming float data (but not signal data).

Fixed a bug in player~ that in some circumstances makes an object unable to continue playing despite a valid loaded buffer. Updated code and binaries.
